Project Management beyond 2020 – Tactical or Strategic?

ProjectChat 2019 conference theme was “Project Management beyond 2020 – Tactical or Strategic?”.
In our view, PM or at least the perception of it is changing. The rapid growth of “Agile” has changed the landscape and will continue to do so. This may lead to professional project management being considered to be strategical, as opposed to tactical.
The conference agenda follwed the same format as previous ProjectChat events; There were many quality technical presentations, Knowledge Hubs, and the ubiquitous conference dinner.
For the ProjectChat 2019 themed dinner, guests enjoyed a night in “The Roaring Twenties”, where the dining area was decorated as a Speakeasy.
